Ace96 began operations with one clear vision: to be the most trusted online betting and casino platform in Malaysia. We understand that Malaysian players have unique needs — they want a platform that not only delivers an engaging gaming experience but also guarantees the safety of their funds and provides service on par with world-class casinos.
The ace96 journey began with a small but passionate team of technology experts, game analysts and financial professionals experienced in the online gambling industry. We learned from the mistakes of other platforms, listened to player complaints and rebuilt the gaming experience from the ground up with a user-first approach.
Today, ace96 has grown into one of the most widely used platforms in Malaysia, with over 500,000 active registered members. This success is no coincidence — it is the result of an unwavering commitment to delivering a fast, secure, fair, and enjoyable platform.
Ace96's mission is simple yet meaningful: to give every Malaysian player access to the world's best online gaming experience, in the language and culture they understand, with the payment methods they use every day. We believe great gaming should be accessible to everyone, free from technical barriers or security concerns.
Ace96 aims to become the most trusted online gaming platform in Southeast Asia by 2030. We are expanding our presence into new markets while maintaining the quality of service that has become our benchmark in Malaysia. Technological innovation, user experience and social responsibility are the three pillars guiding every decision we make.
Every decision made by the ace96 team — whether related to product design, bonus policies, how we handle complaints or how we process withdrawals — is guided by four core values we never compromise on.
Ace96 believes players deserve to know exactly how this platform works. We publicly display the Return to Player (RTP) percentage for every game, bonus terms are written clearly without confusing language and our withdrawal policy is explained in full detail. No hidden terms, no unreasonable conditions.
In the online gaming industry, trust is the most valuable currency. ace96 continuously invests in cutting-edge security infrastructure, regular independent third-party audits, and staff training to ensure every player's data and funds are protected to the highest possible standard. Two-factor authentication, end-to-end encryption, and real-time transaction monitoring are among the layers of protection we deploy.
Ace96 takes responsible gaming seriously. We provide self-control tools such as daily deposit limits, session time limits and options to take a temporary or permanent break. We work with problem gambling support organisations and train our support team to identify and assist players who may need help. Healthy entertainment is what we offer — not addiction.
The online gaming industry moves fast. ace96 stays ahead by investing in the latest technology, adding new games every week, improving platform speed, and rolling out new features based on real player feedback. We listen, we learn, and we improve — every day.
